Buddhist Spiritual Care Queensland

Supporting Buddhist chaplains and spiritual carers across Queensland in their mission to reduce suffering.

About Buddhist Spiritual Care Queensland

Buddhist Spiritual Care Queensland is a non-profit organisation dedicated to supporting Buddhist chaplains and their mission to reduce suffering.

We were formerly known as the Australian Association of Buddhist Chaplains. Today, we are building a strong foundation for compassionate Buddhist spiritual care across Queensland.

What we do

We are at the beginning of our journey, focused on building a strong foundation for Buddhist spiritual care in Queensland. We bring chaplains and spiritual carers together to learn, support one another and make compassionate care more accessible.

A community of practice

Bringing Buddhist chaplains together to share experience, learning and support. Our community will grow through connection, reflection and practical collaboration.

A register of chaplains

We are building a listing of Buddhist chaplains across Queensland. If you are a Buddhist chaplain, we would love to hear from you and learn about your work.

Connecting with the community

In time, we aim to connect people seeking Buddhist spiritual care directly with chaplains who can offer compassionate listening and support.
